Point Terms

1. Points are a unit of use for purchasing Packs within this service, and are not legal tender, a crypto asset, a deposit, a security or an investment product. 2. Points cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, made to bear interest, transferred to an external wallet, transferred to a third party or pledged. 3. The display of 1 Point being equivalent to USD 0.01 is a pricing conversion benchmark within this service, and is not a buy-back guarantee by us.

1. Purchased Points are Points issued in exchange for the user's payment. 2. Promotional Points are Points granted free of charge through a campaign, a referral, support handling or otherwise. 3. Returned Points are Points based on a Point Card granted as a Pack result. 4. Your Account shows the balance by type, acquisition history, usage history and the expiry date and time.

1. Each Point expires 179 days after issuance. The exact expiry date and time are shown in your Account. 2. For any period during which Points could not be used due to our failure, erroneous freezing or our own reasons, we will reasonably extend the period or provide an equivalent remedy. 3. Where applicable law requires the prohibition, extension or refund of expiry, we will comply with that law.

As a rule, Points are used starting from those that expire earliest. Where an order by type is set for Points with the same expiry date and time, it is shown in your Account and on the purchase screen.

Where an erroneous grant, duplicate credit or fraudulent payment is confirmed, we may correct the balance by presenting the relevant records. We will not uniformly forfeit unrelated Points or confirmed NFT Claims. You may raise an objection regarding a correction.

We do not carry out discretionary redemption of Points or refunds for the user's own convenience, except in cases provided for by law, double billing, non-grant of Points, material misrepresentation, service termination or otherwise in the refund and cancellation policy.

1. Where the user withdraws, or the Account is closed or deleted, the Points held in that Account (of any type) expire at the time the closure takes effect and can no longer be used. 2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, where the closure is due to reasons attributable to us, or where applicable law requires the refund or survival of Points, we will comply with that law. 3. The handling accompanying a compulsory suspension or termination of an Account by us follows Article 8 (Review, suspension and termination) of the Terms of Service and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
